School executives will ensure that the school has processes and systems in place for budgeting, staffing, problem solving, communicating expectations and scheduling that result in organizing the work routines in the building. The school executive must be responsible for the monitoring of the school budget and the inclusion of all teachers in the budget decisions so as to meet the 21st century needs of every classroom. Effectively and efficiently managing the complexity of every day life is critical for staff to be able to focus its energy on improvement.

An assignment for Organization Management: Resource Support required we make recommendations on how to allocate funds after reviewing performance data and the School Improvement Plan. The Powerpoint is the completed project with recommendations for spending funds to optimize student achievement.

I compiled and presented discipline data monthly to the staff as part of our PBIS initiative. The report included comparison data between 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. The powerpoint is a cumulative report of the data I collected and presented.

I used various forms of communication to relay information to parents, students and staff. I recorded this ConnectEd to inform families about a Pre-International Baccalaureate interest meeting for 8th grade students.
